First day taking it..
First day taking it and I already noticed way less muscle aches after my HIIT workout this morning. I did my workout fasted today instead of eating first since I have these now (took one 15 min prior to starting workout).
I am very much out of shape, so I tend to feel aches after every workout. I tried doing a fasted workout a little over a week ago without HMB and my legs were aching all day. Even when I eat before working out I ache a significant amount. But today (with HMB) the aches were the lowest since I’ve started working out. I will definitely continue taking one of these every morning that I work out, and do so fasted.
