Shipping & Returns


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions per products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.  We strive to ship most orders within 1 business day but sometimes it may take longer.  If there is any sort of delay regarding your order we will always notify you promptly.

 We work hard to make sure our product and shipping prices are as competitive as possible.  Almost every order we ship qualifies for our flat rate $3.99 or free shipping.  Because of this, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages.  You will want to contact the carrier directly regarding any issues receiving your package.  We strive to ensure we ship everything in a safe and responsible manner, what the carrier does with it once it leaves our warehouse is out of our control. 

 If a package is returned to us for any reason, you will be responsible for the additional cost to re-ship the items to you.

 If you would like, we offer package insurance for an additional fee.


We accept returns within 7 days of when you receive your items.  Only items are that unopened and in their original packaging are eligible to be returned.  If you would like to return an item or have more questions, please contact us.

Package Insurance

If you opt to purchase our package insurance, we will work with you to ensure you receive your items correctly, regardless of what mistakes the carrier may have made.  Specifically, we will replace lost, stolen and/or damaged packages.  In the even that your package is returned to us, we will re-ship it at a service of our choice for no additional cost.

 Please note – we are offering this insurance by purchasing insurance through the carrier on your behalf, so claims may be subject to the requirements and approval of USPS, UPS & FedEx.

 Prior to processing a claim, we require sufficient time to have passed to allow for delivery delays and processing errors.  Often times shipping problems sort themselves out and just require additional processing time.  Typically, this is about 2-3 weeks after shipping.  We would also ask that you check with neighbors where possible and call your local USPS, UPS or FedEx to confirm delivery prior to contacting us.  This is often a much faster means of resolution and is typically where the problem lies.

 Shipments with signature delivery confirmation cannot be claimed as non-delivered.

 Fraudulent claims – we take shipping fraud very seriously, as do the carriers we use.  We go to great measures and work closely with our shipping partners to prevent fraud.  In the event that we suspect or discover fraud we will work with the proper authorities to investigate and prosecute to the full extend of the applicable law.  It is much easier for all of us to just be honest!
